Tonight is just one of those night's, where I'm completely wiped out in ever aspect but must continue on. I finally broke down and couldn't stand no having internet at my house anymore. It took most of the night, but I finally got a multi WAN set up so I can leech off my family. What is a multi WAN?
It is when you connect to, two or more different routers so I can use the speed from each connection and combine it together. That kind of connection is called a round robin, there is another type of connection called load balancing. That is more so if you use torrent loader, but that is a different topic. So me living out in the country and living at the end of fiber optic line, you can see why that a multi WAN is not a bad idea.Labels: Home, IT
